My name is Meghan, I working in holistic health coaching spaces since 2018. I have been a nutritionist, personal trainer, supplement advisor, and mindset coach in these years. Through these phases, I have been driven to empower the people around me to level up their wellbeing with realistic and personalized health-promoting practices for the body, the mind, and the spirit.
Our bodies are wise, and give us cues that indicate what we need. They understand what is right and wrong for us, WAY before we can intellectualize and figure it out in our brains. So many of us - myself included, for many years - tune out these signals, taking no heed to the internal warnings we are given. We follow generalized health and fitness advice without understanding, without supporting mental and emotional health, and often while restricting or giving up the things we enjoy. This tends to lead to dysregulation and disfunction of the body and mind, because the actions we take are too extreme, or were simply not designed for us.
Through a near-decade of education and a whole lot of trial and error, I have come to understand and embrace the effectiveness of choosing health without restriction, and listening closely to the body's innate cues for feedback. This is what my practice is based on.
